Exposing the Hidden Health Impacts of Cooking With Gas
Across Europe, millions of people sit down to dinner prepared on gas appliances, completely unaware of the invisible air pollution surrounding them.

Leveraging new data in conjunction with decades of research, CLASP and the European Public Health Alliance (EPHA) are launching a report highlighting the astonishing health impacts and hidden societal costs of gas cooking in the EU-27. The report finds that cooking with gas releases toxic pollutants, exposing over 100 million people to levels of indoor air pollution that violates EU outdoor air pollution regulations.

Join us for a riveting virtual event to learn about the findings and hear from an expert panel on how gas cooking is putting Europeans at risk. Panelists will also discuss actionable solutions to accelerate the EU’s transition to electric cooking alternatives.

There will be an opportunity for audience Q&A at the end of the event.
